Stonefield

Stonefield is a newer single-family home subdivision in Buda, Texas and is located just east of IH35. The builder for this subdivision is Lennar. Approximately 165 homes have been built so far (as of September 2011) and the plans are to build 700 homes total for this neighborhood. The square footage of the homes range from 1418 up to 2731 and are priced from the $150K’s up to the lower $200K’s.
