Belterra

The Belterra subdivision is located on the north side of Dripping Springs off of Highway 290 in Hays County and is part of the Dripping Springs ISD. Rooster Springs Elementary is located in the Belterra subdivision.

Belterra is a master-planned community that sits on approximately 1600 acres of rolling hills with 400 acres being designated as green space. Builders include Buffington, David Weekley, Highland, Sitterle. Homes range in size from 1800 sf to around 4000 sf.

Within Belterra, there are several smaller neighborhoods including: Aspen Hills, The Palisades, Lexington Place, Oxford Village, Canterbury Hills, Grafton Oaks, Valley Oaks, The Views at Belterra, Mesa Verde Hills

Belterra Amenities

Belterra residents belong to a Homeowners Association (HOA) which is managed by Pioneer Real Estate Services. The HOA helps to maintain the community pool, park land, hike and bike trails, covered picnic areas, and fitness stops. Note that within each neighborhood in Belterra, there is a park offering its own unique features.
