Ledge Stone is a newer gated neighborhood on the Austin side of Dripping Springs. This community has approximately 234 residential lots with many of them backing up to greenbelt property. The views of the Texas Hill Country from Ledge Stone is absolutely breathtaking.

The Ryland homes in Ledge Stone vary in size from around 1700sf up to around 4500sf and the prices range from the $200K’s to the upper $300K’s (as of 2010).
