Bauerle Ranch

The homes in Bauerle Ranch were built by D.R. Horton beginning in 2002 and were completed in 2008. This neighborhood is conveniently located in Southwest Austin between Mopac and IH35 near the Manchaca and Slaughter Lane intersection. There are actually two sections to this neighborhood: Bauerle Ranch and The Estates at Bauerle Ranch. The Estates connects to the Shady Hollow community. Bauerle Ranch homes range in size from approximately 1700sf on up with the larger homes being in The Estates. Bauerle Ranch is part of the Austin Independent School District.

Bauerle Ranch Amenities

Bauerle Ranch residents belong to the Bauerle Ranch Neighborhood Association (HOA) which is managed by RealManage. With this HOA, residents are able to enjoy a private community pool  that is open April through October. Other amenities include a playscape and a half court sports court.  Bauerle Ranch is adjacent to 300+ acres of City of Austin Parkland. Throughout the neighborhood there are beautiful established live oak trees with lots of green space and walking paths.

Southpark Meadows is a large shopping area nearby that offers restaurants, movie theater, Super Target, JC Penney, Marshalls, Bealls, Wal-Mart Super Center, Borders, Ashley Furniture, Hobby Lobby, Best Buy, and more. The restaurants at Southpark Meadows include TGI Friday, Steak ‘N Shake, Serranos, Jason’s Deli, Waterloo Ice House, Third Base, Mama Fu’s, Gatti-Town, Jersey Mike’s, and Double Daves.

Shady Hollow Village is walking distance and includes Randall’s grocery store, dry cleaners, nail salons as well as several resturants.
