Circle C

Circle C is one of my favorite neighborhoods.  It is located in Southwest Austin off of Mo-Pac and close to FM 1826.  Circle C is a desirable well planned community with more then 460 acres of dedicated parkland.

Following are some of the various sections within Circle C: Circle C Ranch, Hielscher, Vintage Place, Muirfield/Somerset Estates, Park Place, Alta Mira, Enclave

Circle C Neighborhood Amenities

Amenities offered in this neighborhood include the 3.1 miles of paved roadway known as the Veloway for bikers and inline skaters, a heated outdoor Olympic sized pool and swim center that is open year around, soccer fields, walking paths, tennis center and an 18 hole championship golf course just to name a few. Neighborhood schools, a childhood development center, a cafe that delivers meals free to Circle C residents, the Lady Bird Johnson National Wildflower Center, playscapes and parks all add to the family friendly community life of Circle C.  A welcome addition to Circle C – from central Austin,  Santarita’s, Mexican food.

Circle C Homes

Circle C homes range in size and variety from gated garden homes to 5,000 sq ft plus private residential homes.  A new HEB grocery store, plus many new restaurants, nail salons and day spas, dry cleaners, banks etc have recently been built in the neighborhood offering convenience to the residents of Circle C.  This community is close to Seton Southwest  Hospital, the downtown business district, churches, airport, you name it Circle C has it all.
