Granada Hills is located off of Hwy 290 and FM1826 just outside of Austin on the far southwest side of town. This area is divided into three sections: Granada Hills, Granada Oaks, Granada Estates. All homes in this area sit on over-sized treed lots and have that country feel.
Granada Hills was the first section developed in the 1970’s and 1980’s and are all custom homes. There are 192 lots in Granada Hills and lot size varies from 3/4 acre to around an acre. Granada Estates was the next section (contained in six sections) to be developed beginning in the late 1970’s. Lots in Granada Estates range in size from 3/4 acre to around 3 acres. Granada Oaks is the newer section (beginning in 2006) of this neighborhood in which there are less than fifty homesites for custom homes. In this section, the minimum square footage is 2700.

Granada Hills Amenities
The Homeowners Association is voluntary and they maintain the park and the front entrance of the neighborhood. The Granada Hills residents can enjoy the community pool and the tennis courts as well as attend organized community events.
