Treemont is an exclusive neighborhood in West Austin near Mopac just south of Bee Caves Road. In this area, you will find houses, townhomes, and condominiums. The majority of the homes were built in the late 1990′s and range in size from around 2300sf to almost 5000sf. The average price for homes is this neighborhood is around $800K (as of 2010).
